Soul Degree is an adventure-inspired personal development program for men.

Since 2016, our unique programs have offered men a unique form of space and time required to slow down, reflect, and cultivate a more mindful approach to life.

We welcome fathers, husbands, brothers, sons, partners, any man…

…conscious of the human spirit and curious about the soulful* qualities each of us possess. If you are reading this and feel a need to slow life down, widen your perspective, perform a nature immersion, or just “work” on yourself in the company of trusting men, you are in the right spot.

full of or expressing feeling or emotion

Why Soul Degree

Because at some point along the continuum of our lives, us guys need to invest in ourselves. Perhaps more than ever, we need to step back and breathe. No denying, we are prone to journey alone, ignore our self interests, and get trapped thinking up in our head. Despite our valiant efforts to serve and protect, we often lose sight of what matters. Think of Soul Degree a trusted container where men go to gain perspective, find meaning, and touch hearts.

How It Works.

Soul Degree is an experiential program made custom — by you, for you. It welcomes 12 men to Vermont for a multi-day wilderness retreat that fosters human connection, nature immersion, and all sorts of ways to listen, learn, move, express, and laugh. listening, moving, learning and laughing.

Soul Degree is not intended to "fix" what's so, but rather "deepen" what's possible. It offers a Journey to Your Soul - a process facilitated by your willingness to lean into a shared experience with a group of strangers.

These moments encourage authentic self-discovery - where fears or dreams are revealed and friendships are formed. This experience is multi-disciplinary and requires active participation, moderate exertion (mental and physical), and an open heart.

But don’t take it from me, hear it from these guys.

“Soul Degree is an opportunity to shift your path slightly, just a few degrees. It’s hardly noticeable in the moment… but over the course of time, the shift is expansive... transformational.”
