One-Day Immersions in Peru, Vermont
What to Expect
This one‑day ceremony is designed for those who feel called to explore the deeper layers of their psyche, release stored tension, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Through the powerful modality of Holotropic breathwork, participants are invited into a safe, intentional space where expanded states of awareness can emerge naturally through breath, music, and focused inner attention.
• Extended Breathwork Practice
This day long immersion is centered by a 3-hour guided breathwork session, using continuous unstructured breathing to access deeper states of consciousness, surface what needs to rise up, and work with whatever emerges—physically, emotionally, spiritually.
• Structured Integration
Breathwork is only half the work. The session includes dedicated time for orientation, safety, confidentiality, historical overview, expectations, and group integration so you can make sense of what came up and carry it forward.
• Professional Facilitation
Led by experienced facilitator Christopher Robbins, trained in the Grof methodology of holotropic breathwork, he will hold the container, manage the music, support your process, and guide integration afterward.
Limited to 10 participants. The intimacy of a small group matters. You'll be doing deep work alongside others committed to the same process. All materials provided—mats, blankets, props, and a light lunch.
• Small Group Container
What is Holotropic Breathwork? Holotropic breathwork is a transformative practice developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof. It uses accelerated breathing, evocative music, and a safe, held environment to help participants access deeper layers of consciousness and emotion. Rather than directing the experience, the method trusts the body’s innate intelligence. Participants often encounter insights, memories, emotions, imagery, or somatic releases that support healing and self‑understanding.
