Soul Degree occurs in remote wilderness destinations around the world. The program begins ~45 days in advance of a 4 night/5 day retreat when participants are prompted by a series of self reflection assignments, video-chats and thought-provoking considerations. Each retreat welcomes 10-12 men - willing, open-minded and adventurous who can freely admit they are on an “inquiry.” Collectively, we lead ourselves through a series of some physically challenging but mostly mind-expanding experiences - a healthy mix of physical activity book ended by structured and unstructued Q&A sessions, personal interviews, reading and writing assignments, and private discussion. All of these activities are designed to deepen your understanding of self and fuel courage in your personal and professional life.
